I'm not quite sure what to write here, but I'm bored so I thought I'd give it a go.

I'm in my first year (technically it's the second year for me, the course is called first year) of Art college and things are going pretty well, but they could be a bit better. There's lessons I hate (Metal/Wood work, textiles) and lessons I like (everything else) I've improved a bit since last year when I was a total lazy ass and never really bothered with the work, but this year the work is alot harder and we get homework all the time, but hopefully I'll cope.

It's dissapointing that we don't get a gallery at the end of this year, because last year's was awesome, although looking back on the work I think I could of done alot better, the project turned out ok, but not as good as I wanted it to be. It was rushed and I didn't have the time (and I didn't give myself the time) to make it what I wanted it to be, but in the second year gallery I'm hoping my final piece will be better than anything I've done before.

Photography and graphics are the two things I'm interested in most, I've never really been a fine artist but occasionally I have enjoyed sketching and observational drawing, but only when I can really concentrate otherwise it winds me up, I find it difficult to concentrate which is why I prefer photography and graphics to things you spend hours and hours of adding painstaking details to. Recently I have actually enjoyed doing a bit of abstract painting using ink, so maybe I'll go somewhere from there, I'll just wait and see.

I'll have some new stuff up soon, some graphics and some photography, it's cool that in the past minutes after putting new stuff up I get comments, I got one for my most recent update from someone who put it some sort of gallery for stock photos, I'm not exactly sure what that is, but it was nice to get it featured somewhere.
